How to use this page
This page reads your actual FPL squad and rates every player in it. Below is what each part of it is for, roughly in the order you meet it.
What the colours mean
🎨
Verdicts
Every player gets one, from a 0–100 sell rating built out of availability, form, minutes, fixtures, underlying numbers and price. On the pitch it is the coloured edge down his card; in the squad table it is the mark to the left of his name — a dot in the verdict's colour, or a warning triangle for a Sell.
Star — a cornerstone. Low sell rating, form well clear of the positional median, minutes all but guaranteed. Captain material.
Hold — nothing wrong. Not flagged, not a standout. Most of a good squad sits here.
Monitor — sell rating 38+. Some concerns. Worth watching for a round or two rather than acting on today.
Sell — sell rating 55+. Several signals against him at once. His row's ⇄ button lists replacements.
Reading your squad
⭕
Squad health & "Do this week"
The ring is a 0–100 read on the whole squad — injuries, flagged players, fixture runs and captaincy all feed it. Underneath are the verdict counts, and then the two or three moves worth making before the deadline.
📰
The two tickers
SQUAD scrolls what is going right and wrong — injuries, form swings, fixture turns, chips and transfers in hand. MARKET is price only: green is climbing towards a rise, red is sliding towards a drop, and a highlighted item is past FPL's threshold and changes at tonight's update.
📊
The squad table
Eight columns per player. xP is projected points for the next match, Form is FPL's 30-day average, Nxt5 FDR the fixture run, xMins the minutes we expect him to play — then four more that change by position (clean-sheet rate and xGC for defenders, xG and xA for attackers). Hover any value for what it means and what counts as good.

Picking your eleven
👆
Swap two players
Click a player on the pitch, then click who you want in his place. Legal destinations glow and illegal ones dim — the formation is checked for you, so a forward can come on for a midfielder as long as the shape survives. Click the first player again to cancel. Dragging works too.
🅲
Captain & vice
The small C and V buttons on each card. The projected total weights the armband by how likely the captain is to actually start, and hands it to the vice when he might not.
✨
Auto-optimise, and undoing it
The wand in the corner of the pitch. Builds the highest-projected legal eleven — a real formation, never just the top 11 scorers — ranked across your next three gameweeks rather than only the one coming up, so a player with one hard fixture and two kind ones is not dropped for a single week. The captain it suggests and the points gain it quotes are for the upcoming gameweek alone, and it never hands back a worse lineup than you had. The message that appears offers View full report for every decision it made and why; to put your own eleven back, use Revert there or the undo arrow that stays on the pitch beside the wand.
🔮
GW actual vs Next GW
The two arrows in the corner of the pitch. Current answers "how am I doing" — live or final points against the round being played. Next answers "what should I do" — projections against the fixture coming up.
Deciding and planning
⇄
Find a replacement
The ⇄ button on any row opens candidates you can actually afford — scored on your selling price plus your bank, not the player's list price.
⚖️
AI Scouting Report
Tick two or more checkboxes — in the squad table or any transfer panel — and an action bar appears at the bottom to compare them head to head.
🧪
Trial a transfer
Swap a player into the squad for the table's purposes only and watch the health score and projection move. Nothing is committed and nothing else on the page starts believing you own him.
📈
Visual Analysis
Opens as a full-screen chart: plot any two metrics against each other, for your squad or for the whole game. The filter bar drives both the chart and the table, so narrowing to defenders under £6m narrows both.
📊
Review the gameweek
Once the round starts, a button appears under "Do this week". It judges the calls rather than just listing the scores — was the armband right, was the bench right, did the eleven justify itself — and separates a bad decision from bad luck.
The other tabs

Where to go next
Transfers — the market, and who is worth moving for. GW Draft — plan transfers and lineups several gameweeks out and save the plan. Transfer Wizard — a guided walk from "who goes" to "who comes in", hit cost included. Lineup Wizard — the pitch above with more room and more reasoning.

Tune the verdicts
The gear icon at the right-hand end of the figures across the top, next to this help button. Aggressive flags players sooner, Patient holds through dips, Balanced sits between them. It changes how readily a player is called a Sell, not the underlying numbers.
